Terms of service

These terms apply when you use BankingTayari on the web or through our Android app. Using the service means you accept them.

Last updated 5 August 2026

Your account

You need an account to record attempts and see your readiness. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it. One account is for one person; please do not share logins.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, or reach any particular score or rank. Readiness figures, topic mastery and study plans are estimates built from your own practice. They are a guide to where your effort is best spent, not a prediction of a result.

We work to keep our questions, explanations and syllabus material accurate and current, but exam bodies change their syllabi and notices without warning. Always confirm official details — dates, eligibility, vacancy terms — against the exam body's own publication before you rely on them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, bulk-download or resell our questions, explanations or syllabus material.
  • Share your account, or republish our content as your own.
  • Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Upload anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights, into notes or any other field.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things, and we may remove content that breaches these terms.

Content and ownership

Questions from past papers are the material of the bodies that set them. Our own contribution — the worked explanations, the syllabus tagging, the readiness model, and the design and software of the service — belongs to BankingTayari and is licensed to you for your own exam preparation only.

Anything you write yourself, such as notes, remains yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you.

Cost and availability

The service is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features we will say clearly what is included before you pay for anything, and existing free features will not be removed without notice.

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability — maintenance, outages and upstream failures happen.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any exam result, missed deadline or lost opportunity arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time — see the privacy policy. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
